LAWYER PROFILE
Mr. George Charalambides was born
in 1946 in Limassol, Cyprus. He is the founder and
managing partner of the law firm of George Charalambides & Co.
He graduated from Athens University in 1970, obtained
a diploma on Business Studies from West Ham College
of England in 1972, and a degree on Political Sciences
from Pantios University of Athens in 1980.
Mr. George Charalambides was admitted to the Cyprus
Bar in 1974. He was elected as Chairman of the Limassol
Bar Association for three terms of office; he is a
former vice-Chairman of the committee of the Cyprus
Bar Association and is at present the representative
of Limassol Bar Association at the Cyprus Bar Association
and a member of the same body.
Mr. George Charalambides is a former member of the
House of Representatives (Legislature of Cyprus), and
has through this capacity represented his country in
various occasions.
He is currently a member of Rotary Club Limassol-Amathusia
of which he been a president during the period of 1995-1996.

Mr. Demetris Lambrianides was born in 1952, in Pafos,
Cyprus. He graduated from Athens University in 1980
and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 1981.
Mr. Lambrianides heads the litigation department and
his practice is focused on General Litigation, Bankruptcy,
Insurance Law, Debtor and Creditor, Employment Law,
Personal Injury Claims, Road Traffic Accidents and
Family Law.
Mr. Christos Dermosoniades was born in 1942, in Nicosia,
Cyprus. He graduated from Athens University in 1965
and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 1966.
In 1979, he was appointed as President of the Rent
Control Authority and in 1983 President of the Rent
Control Courts from where he retired in 2002.
In 2003 he joined the law firm of George Charalambides & Co
and he is now an active member of the legal profession.
Mr. Dermosoniades has been a member and president
of religious, charitable and cultural corporations.
He has been a speaker in several lectures and conferences.
He has published studies and books in legal and religious
topics.
Mr. Charis Charalambides
was born in 1977 in Limassol, Cyprus. He graduated
from Leicester University in 1999 obtaining the degree
of LLB (Hons). In 2000 he obtained the title of Master
of Laws in European and International Trade Law from
Leicester University. He was admitted to the Cyprus
Bar in 2001.

Law, Franchises and Franchising, Offshore Business
Law, Real Property, Corporate Law.
Mr. Neophytos Charalambides was born in 1978 in Limassol, Cyprus. He graduated from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 2002 obtaining the degree of LLB (Hons). He is a holder of the title of Master of Laws in Advanced Legal Practice and a Barrister of Gray’s Inn. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2004 and is currently running his second term in office as a member of the Limassol Bar Association Committee.
His main areas of practice are Corporate Litigation, Criminal Law, Personal Injury Litigation, Road Traffic Accidents, and Workers Compensation.
Mrs. Katerina Charalambidou was born in 1982 in Limassol,
Cyprus. She graduated form Leicester University in
2003 obtaining the degree of LLB (Hons). In 2004 she
obtained the title of Master of Laws in Corporate Law
from Nottingham University, U.K. She was admitted to
the Cyprus Bar in 2005.
Her main areas of practice are Commercial Law, Corporate
Law, Contract Law and Family Law.
Mr. Antonis Nicolaou was born in 1980, in Limassol, Cyprus. He graduated from Athens University in 2005 and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2007.
His main areas of practice are civil litigation, bankruptcy and criminal litigation.
